Nespresso Vault at Grand Central Terminal NYC

At Grand Central Terminal our team worked on bringing the Nespresso brand to life within the iconic Vanderbilt Hall — balancing elegant design with high-traffic functionality. The layout invited commuters into a calm, elevated space through open tasting bars, refined material choices, and modular display elements that echoed the sophistication of the brand. For spatial, I focused on creating clear visitor flows and impactful visual moments that could stand out amid the terminal’s constant movement. The final experience offered a welcoming pause for discovery, turning a busy transit hub into a meaningful brand touchpoint.

The space was designed to feel like a hidden gem — sleek, minimal, and immersive. Architectural forms were used to create a sense of ceremony, with rich textures, warm lighting, and a central tasting table that anchored the experience. Each design detail reinforced the exclusivity of the Vault, while guiding guests through a curated sensory journey that highlighted Nespresso’s most premium blends.
